Please understand that the Logo you are seeing is embroidered, and the detail is not that of ink. We are limited by the thickness of the thread so some detail is lost, however, embroidery is so much richer looking, and more durable then ink.

CONFIRMATION/DELIVERY:

Delivery times run 3 to 4 weeks from the time the Order is placed.  Special Logo Wear Orders will run considerably longer. Each item is embroidered on an order by order basis.  All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.

All our orders are placed via email since every order is a Custom Order.  We will send you a quotation prior to placing your order.

PICTURES/IMAGES:

When you send us a picture of your LOGO please be sure that the image/picture is of good quality.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of our product, Do Overs are difficult; so let's try and keep it simple.

If "We Got It Wrong", we will make it right at no cost what-so-ever to you. That mean's we will pay to have the item shipped back to us and will embroider a New Jacket and ship it to you with our most Humble Apologies.
